Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

Items may be returned in original, unused condition, freight prepaid, within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. We will not accept items returned freight collect or items without prior return authorization.  Call 800-631-5380 for a Return Authorization Number. 

Custom orders, colors, sizes, HAZMAT materials or ORMD cannot be returned or cancelled.

Shipping & Handling

Garon ships all orders via the most economical mode of delivery.  Although we will take necessary steps to get your rush orders to you when you need them, we cannot be held responsible for delays.

Note: overnight shipment orders must be placed before 12 Noon EST.

Freight is prepaid and added to your invoice.  If freight is not added to your invoice, you will receive a separate invoice for freight. At you request, we will ship your order freight collect.

Your shipping rate is complete as listed.  It includes: applicable hazardous shipping charges, processing fees, fuel, and insuracne coverage for your order.  All shipping rates are subject to change without notice.

You are responsibel for redelivery and/or storage charges on refused or unsuccessful delivery attempt.  Special delivery requests available for additional charges (ask your Garon Customer Service Representative).

International Shipping

To Mexico, Canada and beyond, our shipping department takes care of all your international order requirements.  Call for freight rates to ship your order to any destination worldwide (except to US restircted trade areas).  Our carriers handle all custom issues, insurance documentation, and order tracking.

Damaged Shipment Claims

The Garon Customer Care Team can assist you with your damage cleaims.  Do not dispose of damaged merchandize.  For fastest handling of any damaged shipment, we suggest the following:

Visible Damage - DO NOT REFUSE YOUR SHIPMENT.  Note damage on Bill of Lading.  Call Garon immediately at 800-631-5380.

Concealed Damage - Call Garon Products IMMEDIATELY at 800-631-5380 to report damage so a replacement order can be issued.

Quick Shipping

Once your order has been credit approved, in stock orders ship within 24 hours.  Non-stock items are usually shipped within 10-15 business days from receipt of your order.
